Power-to-Liquid · Sustainable Aviation Fuel · Made in the European Union

Fuel made
from air.

Safaio is building a thermally integrated, modular system that turns air and renewable energy into drop-in e-kerosene for commercial aviation. No pipelines. No feedstock limits. Deploy anywhere.

One system. Air in. Fuel out.

Three proven technologies combined into a single modular unit — the world's first fully integrated Air-to-Liquid system. Co-locate with any renewable energy source. Plug in and produce.

Step 01

Direct Air Capture

CO₂ pulled directly from ambient air using solid sorbents. No industrial point-source needed. The system works anywhere on Earth where the wind blows.

Step 02

Green H₂ Electrolysis

Curtailed renewable electricity and water split into pure green hydrogen on-site. No hydrogen supply chain. No tanker trucks. Produced where it's used.

Step 03

Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis

CO₂ and H₂ combined into e-kerosene. Chemically identical to fossil jet fuel. Drop-in compatible with every existing aircraft and fuelling system, today.

Built to win where
others depend.

Most PtL projects buy green hydrogen from outside, lock themselves to a single site, or require hundreds of millions before a single litre flows. Safaio is designed from the ground up to avoid every one of those traps.

Regulatory Position
RFNBO

Highest mandate category under ReFuelEU.

ReFuelEU Aviation distinguishes between SAF types. Safaio qualifies as a Renewable Fuel of Non-Biological Origin which is the the top tier. It carries the steepest blending sub-targets and the strongest regulatory pull. Buyers and blenders have a legal reason to prefer it.

Capital Efficiency
1 MW

Start small. Scale without redesign.

A single 1 MW pilot module proves the technology and starts generating revenue. Each additional module is identical. No re-engineering, no new permits for a different plant configuration. Production scales incrementally as confidence and demand grow.

Demand is legally
mandated.

ReFuelEU Aviation sets binding blending targets that rise steeply to 2050. The constraint is supply, not demand. Safaio fills that gap starting now.
